Winemaking

Extraction of the must yolk separating skins and stems, for cryofermentation without skins in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. Aging with its lees batoneandolas daily for 3 months in barrels of 500 liters of French oak, to complete its refinement.

Recommended for vegetables, pasta, rice, poultry, fish and desserts.
