Winemaking
Pre-fermentative cold maceration at 15ºC for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 25ºC for 8-10 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 225L American oak barrels.
Aged for 3 months in American oak barrels and subsequently refined in concrete tanks.
After natural decanting, refining and aging, it is lightly filtered before bottling. Alc. 14% Vol
