Our vineyards are located between 900 and 1100 meters above sea level. Tintoralba the northwestern part of the Almansa D.O., one of the nine wine regions of Castilla la Mancha. Our winery is based in a small picturesque village called Higueruela, proudly located between 900 and 1,100 m. altitude above sea level, and only 100 km from the Mediterranean Sea.


In this exclusive location, the soils are limestone with little organic matter, sandy texture and little bottom. The harsh and dry continental climate of the region causes extreme temperatures during both winter and summer. These conditions favor low yields and better and prolonged ripening of the grapes.

Grape
Our native grape is Garnacha Tintorera and the main variety in our fields.

Winery
We are in Higueruela (Albacete), at an altitude between 900 and 1,100 meters above sea level. and only 100 km from the Mediterranean Sea.

Recognized wines
We produce wines under the D.O. Almansa, one of the oldest appellations of origin in Spain, founded in 1966.
The dynamism of our wineries and the good acceptance of our wines in international markets have positioned our Denomination of Origin as one of the most promising areas within the Spanish wine map with an important potential and projection in the coming years.
This projection is reflected in the recognition of Tintoralba wines which, since its foundation, have been widely awarded.
