Tintoralba Tinto 2022 is once again at the top of one of the most important wine competitions in the world. On this occasion, our young wine 100% Garnacha Tintorera, in its 2022 vintage, has won a gold medal at the International Bulk Wine Competition (IBWC).
The award was made public on 20 November at the 15th edition of the World Bulk Wine Exhibition, which was held in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and which our winery attended with our manager, Diego Navalón. Our winery continues to highlight “the quality that our native variety, Garnacha Tintorera, brings to our wines. All this at a time when wines like Tintoralba Tinto are already sold in more than 15 different countries all over the world”, specified Diego Navalón at the award ceremony, which took place during the first day of the Dutch fair, in its 15th edition.
The International Competition of Bulk Wines (IBWC) assessed more than 200 wines from 15 different countries, among which our Tintoralba Tinto 2022 won this new gold medal in addition to the double gold medal won at this year’s Japanese awards.“Sakura”in its 2020 vintage. All this in a year in which this wine, made from 100% Garnacha Tintorera, also garnered one of the highest accolades in Spain, after being designated with the “Baco de Oro” at the 37th edition of the National Young Wines Competition – Premios Baco Cosecha 2022.
