El Cantorral Blanco – 2023

Cantorral Blanco is the new white wine in the Tintoralba range, made from 50% Verdejo grapes and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. A white wine with the quality seal of Tierra de Castilla, from our best plots of these two varieties, harvested by hand to reach the winery and made with the two varieties separately. Afterwards, the must is macerated at low temperature and fermented at a low temperature controlled by the technical team of our winery.
