Aromas of ripe fruit, smoke and licorice. Fresh and sweet in the mouth, long and creamy. Balanced with a long aftertaste and aromatic bouquet highlighting the 4 months in oak barrels.

Harvest
Late harvest. Selected grapes harvested in boxes from vineyards over 40 years old.

Winemaking
Vinification with pre-fermentation maceration at 10ªC. Slow fermentation and maceration that lasts approximately 14 days at a temperature of no more than 20ºC. Clarification and light filtration process. 4 months in oak barrels. Alc. 15% Vol

Pairing
It is recommended to drink it very cold, before meals as an aperitif. It is also an excellent accompaniment to pâtés, cheeses, pastries and other sweets.
