Winemaking<\/h3>

Pre-fermentative cold maceration at 15\u00baC for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 25\u00baC for 8-10 days. <\/br>\nPart of the wine undergoes fermentation\nmalolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 6 months.\nmonths in French oak barrels of\n500l, remaining in contact with\nthe fine lees to obtain the highest\nsoftness and sweetness of the tannins. <\/br>\nThe other part performs its breeding in ovoids.\n1,500 liters, where they refine their\naromas of fruit and accentuates the character\noily in the mouth, providing smoothness.\nNatural stabilization process and slight filtration before bottling.\nAlc. 14% Vol<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
