Grape Variety: 100% Garnacha Tintorera.
Field: Vineyards over 30 years old. 15 hl/ha. average yield. Selection of vineyards by plots.
Elaboration: Selected grapes harvested in boxes. Separate elaboration of the two varieties. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Time in Barrel: Young wine without barrel.
Pairing: meat, roasts, cheeses and typical Mediterranean dishes.

Intense purplish-red color. Aromas of red fruit and minerals assembled with toasty notes derived from its 14 months aging process in new oak barrels. The palate is soft, balanced, long, retaining a characteristic mix of fruity and mineral notes. The Mediterranean climate and Ecological viticulture of our Garnacha Tintorera give it the warmth and frankness of a great wine.
