Dagwood had it right when he made his famous sandwiches. Piled high with meat and cheese, there is nothing at times more satisfying than to sit down and take that first bite. This, is our famous Bacon Sandwich in Higueruela. Looks incredibly appetizing, doesn’t it? Well, assuming you love bacon, of course. We, however, adore bacon and find it to be the perfect ingredient for a big, juicy sandwich! When we need a moment away from the hustle and bustle of making wine, we opt for our local hangout, La Posada, where we relax on their covered terrace with a glass of our wine and a sandwich.
La Posada not only makes a fantastic bacon sandwich, but it also acts as our resident hostal, restaurant and ideal location for you to taste our wines alongside our local cuisines. So the next time you take your next trip to Spain, consider coming down and seeing us.
